Terms of Service

VaultLogic is a portfolio-analytics tool for sealed collectible products. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to use VaultLogic.

You're responsible for your account and for keeping your login details secure. Give us accurate information, keep it current, and don't share your account or let someone else use it. Tell us promptly if you think your account has been compromised.

One account is for one person. You're responsible for everything that happens under it.

Please don't:

• Break the law, or use VaultLogic to help anyone else do so.
• Scrape, crawl, bulk-export, resell, or redistribute our scores, data, or methodology.
• Reverse-engineer, probe, or interfere with the service, its security, or other users.
• Upload malware, spam, or content that isn't yours to upload.
• Abuse, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

This is the most important part. VaultLogic gives you analytics, scores, and suggestions about collectible products. It is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and we are not your broker, dealer, or adviser.

What you buy, hold, or sell is your call, and yours alone. Our methodology page lays out exactly how the scores are built and what they do and don't mean.

We work hard to make VaultLogic accurate and reliable, but we can't promise it's perfect. Prices, scores, market data, and recommendations may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong, and the service may have downtime. VaultLogic is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent the law allows, VaultLogic and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for any investment, trading, or collecting decisions you make using the service. Collectibles can and do lose value, and that risk is entirely yours.

Where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us (if anything) in the twelve months before the claim.

You keep ownership of the holdings, watchlist, and preferences you enter. How we collect, store, and protect that data is covered in our privacy policy. You can edit or delete your data, or close your account, at any time.

We may update the service or these terms as VaultLogic evolves. If we make a material change, we'll update the “last updated” date above and, where appropriate, let you know. Continuing to use VaultLogic after a change means you accept it.

You can stop using VaultLogic and delete your account whenever you like.
